Thorunn Elisabet Sveinsdottir - TOTA - is an Artist, Costume Designer and a Product Designer from Reykjavik, Iceland. Since graduating from the The Iceland Academy of the Arts she has held several selected solo exhibitions and group exhibitions of her artwork. She is a member of The Association of Icelandic Visual Artists.
TOTA has been an active costume designer in Icelandic theaters for nearly three decades and has won the most prodigious awards of excellence for her work. She is a member of The Icelandic Actors and Drama Guild.
Artistic designs - - Quilts, dresses, hats, bags, ornaments and jewelery have also won her recognition and a place in special designers shops in Reykjavik.
